Make a booking enquiry

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of CHF 500 and signed terms and conditions.

The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival and failure to do so will result in the deposit being retained and the apartment being made available to other guests.

A security deposit of CHF 750 will also be required.

For any bookings made within six weeks of the planned arrival date, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Prices include heating, water, electricity and use of all facilities, bed linen, bath and swimming towels.

The apartment and outside areas are non-smoking.
No pets allowed.

You will receive the apartment key on arrival from the house manager who will also show you around the complex and Twin Lakes and explain the ‘house rules’.
The house manager will collect your key on departure and undertake an inventory check.
Any damages will be deducted from your deposit.
