ABOUT THE APARTMENT
Twin Lakes is a stunning modern and stylish penthouse apartment
in Chesa Forma, a new development of 9 luxury chalet-style apartments
situated in the beautiful resort of Arosa, a superb summer and winter destination.
There is an abundance of activities to be enjoyed in Arosa which also has a fine selection of restaurants of all types
and a good mix of shops and other facilities.
The local resort bus is free in summer and winter, and stops 50 metres from the apartment.
Chesa Forma apartments
Chesa Forma is conveniently located a short walk from the centre of the village and local amenities. Finished to exacting standards, Chesa Forma has its own purpose-built wellness area with a sauna and steam room, exclusively for guests in its apartments. There is a separate games room with table tennis and a pool table, a storage room for skis and a heated boot room, as well as underground private parking. There is a lift in the building.
Superb facilities
Twin Lakes boasts magnificent views up the Schanfigg valley towards the mountains from its two outside terraces. The apartment’s two bedrooms have been designed to a high specification, featuring alpine wood detailing and plenty of storage.
Each luxurious en-suite bathroom features local stone and the highest quality fixtures and fittings. The master bedroom has a private terrace with sun loungers. The second bedroom can be set up with double or twin beds and also has a cleverly designed mezzanine level to provide a further self-contained sleeping area for a third person.
Twin Lakes comfortably sleeps 4-5 persons and a sixth person can be accommodated on a chair which converts to a fold-out bed in the lounge.
The main room features a stunning vaulted ceiling, a beautiful and fully equipped designer kitchen, an atmospheric dining area and a cosy lounge with panoramic views and a traditional log burning fireplace. There is wi-fi connectivity throughout the apartment.
